Lusky Designs is the brand behind all of Lusky's work, based at 11 7th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. This site was previously published at luskymade.com, which now redirects here. Contact: contact@luskydesigns.com.

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s secure checkout pages; we never see or store your card number. Your receipt and order confirmation come by email.

A piece is reserved for you the moment you start checkout. If checkout is not completed within 30 minutes, the reservation is released and the piece returns to the gallery.

Every work sold here is a one-of-one original. Sales are final except as described in Shipping & Returns. Title passes to you on delivery. Copyright in the work stays with the artist; you may display and resell the physical piece, but reproduction rights are not included.

Local delivery holds: a 10% deposit reserves the piece for 7 days while delivery is arranged. The balance is invoiced by email. If the hold expires without a plan, the deposit is refunded and the piece is released.

A commission starts with a brief and a conversation. A $1,000 deposit reserves your place in the studio schedule. Until work begins, the deposit is refundable in full. Once materials are purchased and work has started, the deposit is non-refundable and is applied to the final price.

The final price, size, and timeline are agreed in writing before work begins. The balance is invoiced when the piece is finished and is due before shipping or delivery. Because a commission is made to your brief, it cannot be returned.

A workshop seat is confirmed when payment is complete. Seats are held for a short time during checkout and released if payment is not completed. Workshops run in small groups at the studio; the date, time, and location are on your confirmation.

If you cannot attend, email us as early as you can and we will move you to another date when seats allow. A seat that is not used and not moved is non-refundable. If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or a seat on a new date, your choice.

Textured plaster, concrete, and layered paint are handmade materials. Small variations in surface, tone, and edge are part of the work, not defects. Care instructions come with each piece.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
