Shipping & Returns

Shipping within the continental United States is free. Each piece is crated or double-boxed to suit its size and medium, then sent insured with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the piece leaves the studio.

Most pieces ship within 10 business days of payment. Large sculpture and framed work can take longer to pack safely; if a piece needs more time, we will tell you before you pay.

Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are available by inquiry so we can quote crating, carriage, and any duties before you commit.

In and around St. Petersburg, FL, we deliver and install in person. Choosing local delivery at checkout places a 10% deposit that holds the piece for 7 days while we arrange a time; the balance is invoiced after we talk. If the hold lapses without a plan, the deposit is refunded and the piece returns to the gallery.

You are also welcome to collect from the studio at 11 7th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. Pickup is by appointment.

If a piece arrives damaged, we make it right. Photograph the packaging and the damage before unpacking further, keep all materials, and email contact@luskydesigns.com within 3 days of delivery. We will file the carrier claim and, depending on the piece, restore it, replace it with a comparable work, or refund you in full.

Because every piece is an original made or selected for you, sales are final and we do not accept returns for change of mind. The exceptions are damage in transit (above) and a piece that is materially different from its listing, in which case contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We would rather you be sure before you buy. Every piece can be seen in person at the studio, and we will send additional photos or video on request.

A commission deposit reserves your place in the studio schedule and is refundable in full until work begins. Once materials are purchased and work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. See the Terms of Sale for the full commission process.
