Privacy Policy

When you use a form on this site we receive what you type into it:

• Inquiries, waitlists, and class interest: your name, email, phone, and message.
• Purchases, holds, and commission deposits: your name, email, phone, shipping address, and the details of your order or brief.
• Workshop bookings: your name, email, phone, and the session you chose.

Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and never touch our servers. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.

• To reply to you and to fulfil, ship, or deliver what you ordered.
• To send order confirmations, invoices, receipts, and workshop details.
• To let you know about new work, shows, and classes, if you asked us to.
• To keep the studio’s records of sales and bookings.

We use a small number of service providers, each bound by their own privacy terms:

• Stripe for payments, invoices, and receipts.
• Supabase for the database that stores orders, bookings, and artwork listings.
• Vercel for hosting this website.
• A customer-relationship system (HighLevel) that files inquiries and bookings so we can reply to you and send the emails described above.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

The public site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie we use is a sign-in cookie for the studio’s private admin panel, which visitors never receive.

Transactional emails (confirmations, invoices, receipts) are sent for every order or booking. Studio updates go only to people who asked for them, and every one includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed at any time.

If you tick the text-message box on a signup form, we send release alerts to the number you gave. Texting is optional and never required to join a list, book, or buy. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your number or your consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Sales and booking records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Inquiries that do not lead to an order are kept so we can follow up, and deleted on request. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email contact@luskydesigns.com.
