Questions

The things people ask first.

How much does a commission cost?

Commissions start at $1,000 for smaller pieces. Every piece is priced to its size and materials, so share a rough budget range — or “Not sure yet” — and the proposal will spell out scale, materials, and price before any work begins.

How long does it take?

It depends on the piece, so timing is part of the first conversation. If you have a date in mind, mention it in your brief and Lusky will factor it in.

Can Lusky come to my home?

Yes. The first conversation can happen at the St. Petersburg studio or with an in-home visit, so the piece is designed around the room it will live in.

What if I don’t like the proposal?

Nothing starts until you approve it. The proposal comes first, and it’s a conversation — scale, materials, and price are all on the table before any work begins.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. A sentence or two is plenty — sizing and the rest are part of the first conversation. If you’d like a starting point, browse the work.

When do I pay?

Asking is free. You’ll see the price in the proposal before work begins, and the balance is invoiced only when the piece is complete.
